1. Surviving. 2. I think we can survive a lot longer together, but ultimately the game makers are going to ensure only one of us lives. I think our chance are much better together. 3. Don't thin the herd. You're asking for a confrontation and it will be the easiest way to get picked off. Get what supplies we need and get out. 4. I'm weary of some of the more out-spoken ones but we do need more people to make this work. I think a max of 6, but there is strength in numbers. I don't know what alliances are out there yet but Val, despite her knack for flair, would be a good ally. 5. I do. While some have been decidedly aloof, I understand the need to be cautious with peacekeepers around. 6. Strategies and weapons. If we bolster scavenge when we level up, we can find items that account for attack that will help us live through altercations with another alliance. 7. Cal is new but if you think we can trust him and can be swayed I'm in. I'm slightly worried he's a peacekeeper. I'm not against Juilian but I am worried he might be more of a liability than and asset. I'd rather have him then see an alliance hunt him down. I would take Minerva, but don't know that she'd be a good fit. I haven't seen much of Thomas and don't know how he would help or hurt us. Reese is outspoken but I think we could make it work with her.
Ultimately I think that cal might be our best bet. I'd like to maybe try Val or Holly, but I'm not sure that either of them would be swayed without us being a more robust alliance. I think Juliana would be the easiest to snag. Again just not sure if he'd be an asset.

"1. What is more important to you- winning or surviving? - Surviving. I figure I'll most likely die. But I want to help keep as many safe as I can.
2. Do you believe that the primrose accord can finish the games with its mission intact and mutual survival until the end. -Honestly, with it being Vester's last year, I wonder if there's something big happening on the inside. I think maybe we CAN do this with minimal deaths.
3. Which is more important at the cornucopia? Getting supplies, escaping together safely, or thinking the heard? -Cornucopia terrifies me. But I'd want to snag at least one useful thing, like a weapon, and head out.
4. Do you think we should align ourselves with any other alliances and who? -Not sure. I don't trust Demetri or Gwen...Val's tricky...I can't see them agreeing to a no-kill plot.
5. Do you trust the original five members? -Yes. I don't care about peacekeeper or tribute as long as we have a common goal.
6. What do you think we need to be successful? (Talents, strategies, items, etc) -balance. I can handle attack if the group can manage scavenge and share with that. Hoping I won't have to use attack on a person...but I have it if it comes down to that.
7. Many tributes wish to join out alliance. Listed below are their names. Please write down your feelings if any and whether you think they would be a good fit for our alliance. If you don't know them feel free to ask me about them while you fill this out." -I'm having hard time getting people to talk to me. I'd like Cal or Julian because I think they'd be easier to sway. Minerva or Thomas or Reese would be useful, but I haven't spent enough time with them. Val, Dante, and Holly are strong but I think they're with Demetri...so I don't know if I could trust them...
What if we ask people what they think of the Primrose Accord? Just to see reactions? If anyone supports it, maybe they're for our cause? And Eloise, I think you should try opening up to Cal about your background/family. He might be able to relate to you better than me since he's an orphan...

I would also consider Deo...I don't know much about him, but he was helpful and kind during training, which might be a good sign?

I'll reach out to Cal and Deo. I've gotten Holly to agree to meeting me in my hotel room. I'll let you know what comes of it, but I might need somewhere to talk to Deo or Cal if their rooms aren't available.

haha, I know right? Also, I'm reading up on past year's Games, especially how the Primrose Accord began and some Cornucopia action of each year (what's available, what people do, etc.)
I'm thinking we should just give ourselves a name. Sharlot's been away for a bit but you & I seem established enough. I was considering like a continuation of Primrose Accord. Maybe Phoenix Accord? Cause we're sorta bringing it back to life? And their goal was for no one to die...which I think is what we're aiming at, right? We don't kill each other, no matter what? We'll find a way to end the games without it coming to that.
OOC: It seems our skills are limited this year? I'm seeing combat/agility rather than "attack" and stuff...and haven't heard about there being any added for this year.

I think the Phoenix Accord is a very appropriate name. And I think we need to be clear about who "no one" is when we say no one dies. The Primrose accord killed a tribute last year, but I don't know if it was out of self defense or "thinning the herd".
I'm slightly worried about Sharlot. I hope that Gwen's affectionate gesture hasn't swayed her because I have the feeling she's trying to discombobulate both sides.
OOC: Instead of attack/agility they've split it into Scavenge, Attack, Spy and Tactics. The goal being that you can be as creative as you want. If someone goes for an item you want, you obviously can't "Spy" it away from them, but you could possibly do something to gain a tactical advantage? Out of the Cornucopia if you come across someone you might be able to use Spy to take an item when they're distracted? At least that's my understanding. Before with the Attack/Agility, Agility trumped in a tie, but if you won with Attack, anyone who you didn't spare from the attack took one HP. I'm sure they'll come up with a similar "paper-scissor-rock" method of dealing with fighting for items.

Also the male tribute from district 6 just showed up. I don't know much about him. Could be useful to get to him before anyone else does. He's been pretty sick.
What's more sick is the Capitol healed him back to health just to throw him in the games.

I saw that Wallace has popped up. Yeah, I think we should get to know him, although we don't have much time. I hope he'll be strong enough for the games and hope he can be loyal to our cause. You could always ask Vester to open a new secret room for investigating potential allies in, until we add them to the alcove when we decide we do want them... That's what the original Accord did, I think. Or talked about, anyway. I think we can take in Julian pretty easily. He seems a little weak and hesitant, but I think he'd be loyal which is what we're looking for. Maybe I'll email Vester about getting a new room for questioning people ...Julian's warming up to me. I'll whisper some basic questions to him. Also, to me, "no one" would ideally be exactly that-no one. It looks like Millie had taken out several tributes, but I didn't look into intentions too much other than the fact she regretted it a bit. I mean, if someone's attacking us then they're obviously not for our cause so I think I'd be okay going back at them. That's my stance on this. Save as many as we can. If anyone turns on us, they need to go. I creeped through some tributes' activity and post numbers. I'm not sure who's using the loading docks but Sharlot's visible posts seem to match up with the number it gives for her. So I think she's fine. Unless she's whispering to anyone, I don't think she's actually posted in any other secret boards. Maybe she's just not online much or quietly observing...? Agni worries me, though. Vester and Millie talked about him. I'm worried he'll come into the games or is coaching an alliance or something.

Sharlot made her way back to the hidden alcove and waved to the two tributes who seemed to be discussing strategy. She listened for a while to get caught up. Then she erased the board and quickly wrote down a few notes as they were talking.
“Phoenix Accord —> LOVE IT
Gwendolyn has been snooping around and shared some info with me. Vester sees us as a threat. He’s legitimately afraid we could do something to change the game.
The more people we talk to about our cause, the better. I’d be interested in adding Wallace, Deo, or Cal. Val seems cool, but she may already have an allegiance with the other group.
I’m okay at scavenging. If no one else specializes in that, I can try to take on that role, though I’m mostly a strategist.
No need to worry. I’m with this group 100%.”

Sharlot, sorry we doubted you. I creeped on your post numbers and counted, and you did turn out to seem legit. Had to be sure, you know? I just wasn't sure if you were working an angle on Gwen or if she had you. Sorry. We're good. =)
I figured Vester doesn't like me/us. I saw he & Millie were talking in the garden, and I haven't heard from her since so that worries me. But we're too far into this now to give up. Might as well go head on.
Are you okay with Julian? He just seems lost.

Also, Sharlot, would you mind answering some of those 7 questions I found? I just wanna make sure we can all form complementary strategies, if we're all on the same page.
Also, "no one dies." -would you be able to tell us your personal stance on "no one?"

"I haven't had much contact with the other alliance," Millie Yawned waking up from a nap, "how long have I been out?"
She looked around the room, "As much as I believe that our hearts are in the right places. We do need more tributes on our side to make a difference."
She got to her feet, "I'm going to try to pull this off no matter what. But our chances will be better the more people we have on our side."

Wren was glad to see Millie. He'd thought she had given up on them. "Millie! I know...we're trying to recruit, but people seem to shy away. I can't tell how many other alliances there are, or who's with who. I'm close to snagging Julian, I think. Cal will likely join us. I think I can trust those two. There's also a new girl I've seen around, Annette Moris from Nine. She might be easy to snag if we want to take a chance."
OOC: Annette is new, replaced someone that dropped out. I don't know her peacekeper/tribute status, but she hasn't had much time to be online yet-works a lot. I'm not supposed to know this but I helped get her on board for the Games. We could take a chance...if we're desperate for bodies to add.

Give me some time to work on Holly and Cal. I think they would be good additions. I've maxed on Scavenge and tactics. Millie Cartwright, having you is a big plus as we go and try and get more tributes, but we need to know what the goal of this group is before we can get the right people. Are we trying no to kill anyone? Are we trying to survive? Or are we trying to end the games completely, which you eluded to something bigger before.

Also Cal says he believes in the Primrose Accord but hasn't found it yet. I'm a little anxious that he added the voluntarily without any prompting. Thoughts?

"I think it's hard for the newer ones, but the thing is that it really doesn't matter what people say. There's no way to know who's a peacekeeper. Except for Messer. That guy straight up admitted it. What says the rest of the group? Do we let Cal in?"

Wren hated the Games. He always had. When he was 'chosen' this year, he always assumed it was for something bigger-someone on the inside had chosen him. He loved his family, mostly. But...he felt bad admitting this, this is a chance at something to benefit all of Panem. There had to be some pawns, right? Hell, Wren had basically assumed he'd die in the games up until now. He just wanted to do as much to help as he could before that happened. "Opposed? Hell, I'd be thrilled to even make an attempt at that. But we're sorta running out of time. I'm waiting to hear from Vester about a room for questioning Cal and some others, so hopefully soon we can get more people on board with this." Millie Cartwright "Do you think you'd be able to communicate with us in the arena? Help feed us ideas to stay on task?"

Whispers from Cal: (Responses to our 7 questions) "I want to live, acclaim plays no part.
The accord is an ideal to work to and can protect those who participate. I worry that if we don't fight if either the capital or outside tributes attack it, our ideals die with us.
We need those supplies at the beginning, ignoring them strengthens enemies and only foraging puts us at long term risk.
I am weary of another alliance, but if there are members who believe in the accord, we shouldn't turn away potential allies.
I trust you, Eloise a little less so, I haven't really met your third member.
We need food to live and fighters to defend the accord. It sounds like we're placing our strategy to the former victor, I'd like to hear what she thinks first."
"I trust Gwen, but I don't know if I trust her allies. She's been kept in the dark, but she's mentioned the Accord as an interesting idea. I think she's interested, but I don't know if that conflicts with her alliance's interests. I'd also consider Val for the accord. She appears to have some sway within her faction, if she's willing to join I'd hear her out."

I whispered with Cal in my room. He opened up a lot. He confided in me that he's a peacekeeper, but believes in our cause. Like I've said, I don't care who is what. There are bound to be some combinations of both within alliances, with these odds. But not all peacekeepers are bad-just like not all tributes hate the Capitol. We just need a common enemy, and Cal's expressed he's with us on that. I trust him.
I've also been whispering to Holly on the roof. She basically said she was interested but needed more info. She said she'd prefer not to kill anyone but would in self defense, which is basically what I think we agreed to with "no one," right? Anyone that attacks us is fair game?
So, basically... Yes, I would say whisper in your room. I told Holly you two would have info for her as well.
1. We'll need to work on Holly & decide from there. 2. No one dies, except those who attack us, correct?? 3. Do you trust Cal? Can I let him into the alcove?
PS- just leveled up. Whoa. Should I max out on tactics or pull up my scavenge? What's best for you guys? I'm here to serve the accord...

Fuck. Gwen said Holly winked at her, which makes me think Holly's feeding my whispers to her. I can't be sure of those girls... Let me know what you all think. Sorry if I screwed things up. But they're going to know we're an alliance anyway, once tomorrow comes. Does it really matter? Best case- she's alright & we let her in I guess. Worst case-they know what our goal is and disagree. They can't undo what we've started.
Also, Wallace gives me some concerns, too. Maybe Sharlot has info on him?
