The Market is currently under Peacekeeper control.
Items available to Scavenge:
Food (x2)
Fire Trap Pod (Will inflict 3 damage to all tributes once)
Muttation Pod (Will attack for 3 damage to two random players every day until killed, can follow you to other locations)
Peacekeepers have hidden pods around the Capitol. The pods will activate at the end of the day and unleash horrors upon the tributes.
To disable the pods, someone must FIRST Scavenge for the pod, scoring at least a 9.
THEN someone (can be another tribute) must disable the pod by Hacking, scoring at least a 10.
A player may choose to sacrifice himself/herself and take all of the damage from a pod (this will not kill the muttations).
