Eloise knew that the road ahead might be dangerous. She figured that there might be some weapons left in the watch tower. Obviously such an advantageous lookout point would have to be defended at some point. She decided to look for an armory or stockroom of some sort.

There didn't seem to be anywhere that Peacekeepers could have stored weapons. She decided to look on the roof.
