Backstory: Julian’s father was an asshole and a drunk who used to beat him and his mother. It was when he killed Julian’s mother by accident that prompted Julian to run away from home when he was ten years old and live on the streets in district 8 before being abducted and forced to train to become a peacekeeper.
Personality: Julian is smart, cunning, manipulative and charming. He is used to manipulating others to get what he desires, even the peacekeepers post abduction. However, occasionally he loses his cool and makes rash decisions based on his basic childish feelings in that moment.
