Ox walks over to a trainer in an area marked for "Agility and Reflex Training"
As soon as the trainer noticed that he was approaching she frowned. She had a slender frame, the very opposite of Ox's. He knew she was not going to like this but, heck it was her job to prepare him right? After seeing how quick Derrick was on the rock wall earlier Ox knew that his strength would not mean anything if he could not catch anyone, or keep up with them. He needed to get quicker and be able to react faster.
"Well, uh... You sure are a big one!" The trainer half laughed, which became a slight frown near the end.
Ox nodded at her a tad embarrassed and then followed her over to an area with what looked like a small enclosed dome. Ox could barely walk entirely upright inside of it but the trainer seemed right at home.
"This is a training exercise to increase your reaction time. You will stand inside of this dome and you will see a countdown from 10. When the countdown is complete you will begin the exercise."
Ox watched her walk out of the dome and close the door before he could raise any questions as to what the exercise was. He looked around the dome, he could barely not touch it from wall to wall on any of the sides. He was beginning to wonder if it would ever start when a large Digital 10 popped up on the screen and began its countdown. Ox became very anxious quickly.

"Begin" said a disembodied voice.
Ox looked around and spotted a small glowing light that had appeared on the wall of the dome. He stared at it warily for a second before it glowed blindingly bright and then an arc of electricity arced out and licked his forearm giving him a painful stabbing shock. Ox reeled back with his eyes white with alarm.
A second light had appeared, and the first still remained. The second began to glow white.
Ox jumped up and slammed his hand onto it and lifted it back up to see that it had dissipated. By the time he had done that another two had joined the first that remained which then arced out and licked his left calf sending a jolt up it. Roaring Ox began to hit the lights as quickly as he could, throwing a hand out to each one that he saw pop up.
But he wasn't quick enough.
Arcs and arcs and arcs of electricity would fly out from the dome wall and strike him in random places all over, and he would grunt and yell as each one sent quick biting pains through out his body.
After 30 minutes, the program ended and Ox walked out of the dome shivering, but having learned to be quicker. He stopped his shivering remembering that he was still being watched, and this was a good opportunity to show how much pain he could take. He strode proudly past the trainer who had a smirk on her face and made his way out of the Gym, his head held high.
