A pleasant whistled-tune preceded Tristan's arrival to the rooftop. As the youth stepped out into the warm, humid air; he sang the chorus once again.
"Where winds alone can't take me, what the strongest nets can't hold
The depths alone can't break me, this sailor's getting old"
Tristan looked at the sliver of moon directly overhead. 'If you bring the light, I'll bring the cider.' He thought, slipping a flask from his pocket. The sailor raised it to toast the moon before taking a long draught.
The cider worked quickly, and Tristan enjoyed the feeling of unsteadiness he felt exploring the rooftop. 'Closest thing to feeling waves under me,' He lamented, taking another swig.

Alicia spun around. She hadn't noticed someone else was on the roof. She watched him take a swig from a flask as he sang his sailor tune. Alicia laughed heartily.
"Did you steal that?" she said, pointing to the flask with the vaporizer.

Maybe it was the way the roof swayed, or the sliver of a moon casting her hair into a glow that sparkled like the city below them; but more likely it was the now-empty flask that caused Tristan to gape at the beautiful woman before him.
'Did you steal that?' She asked, gesturing to his flask.
Tristan struggled through the fog in his head to think of a charming, witty reply...

Silence hung in the air a moment as Tristan gathered his wits.
"...maaaaybe."
The teen's voice seemed charming to his own ears; he decided to press his luck.
"Did you steal that?!" Added Tristan, pointing to her vaporizer.

"Yep," Alicia said proudly taking another puff. "Do you want to try it? It's really smooth, I promise. I'll trade you, as long as we trade back."

Tristan eyed Alicia's offer, becoming painfully aware of just how little cider remained in his flask...
"A fine offer Ms. Wikus. Just a moment though, there's a 'head' I need to hit; the kind sponsors don't want to see."
The young District Four tribute smiled charmingly and slipped nonchalantly into the elevators.
