Greetings, Arnie. It is a fine night to discuss our plans for the parade.
I have imagined this day for a long time. Have you any thoughts about what we should do? I will also come up with a few ideas of what we should do. I know that this is my time to show the Captiol that I'm woman.
I hope that you are ready for our big day tomorrow.
Cheers!

I have fantasized about this day! We must stand proud in front of the crowds, and the sponsors. A good strategy always involves some friends with benefits.
I feel we should center our chariot and dress on something like a field of grain. Maybe we could ride on a farm tool like a scythe, like we are going to cut through whatever comes our way. Our clothing could shimmer with a variety of green, golden, and amber colors like a shimmering field of grains in the farmlands I have spent so much of my life in.
I want to get to know your story and learn about you? What drives you in this contest? For me, I feel the need to represent our district well and put a light spot in the yearly sadness.
I look forward to tomorrow where we show them how its done!

What benefits of friends do you speak of?
I truly believe that we can represent our District by showing the true colors of the fields. Although, we must stand out even more...show them what we are made of. We should wear garments of green, gold, and amber, but there must be something more. I apologize that I have yet to speak to you since yesterday. My mind has been wandering to much simpler times when the Capitol mess never began.
I wish I could tell you more of my reasons behind taking the stand to fight in the Hunger Games. My scar is but a cruel reminder. I will say that the Capitol has taken things very dear to me.
I must move swiftly to brainstorm ideas. I will be back soon after a pint.

Maybe we should dress-up like bread. We could dress-up as gluten and give them an intolerance.

I like the ideas, we could wear large hats shaped like a hearty loaf of fresh baked bread with steam coming off of it. A suit that reflects the changing colors of the fields throughout the year as we move farther down the parade line. We could ride on a chariot that is ringed with grain and was etched with images of granaries and processing plants. As we parade we should stand and look proud to be here.
What do you think of that idea?

I think this idea is brilliant. I imagine our bread crowns will flourish among the crowd. We should hijack the audio system and play our District 9 jams. I suggest this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtSDWq6HsJEDo you think our bread hats could look something like this: Although it is more of a mask, it may fend off our opponents. Perhaps, we should throw spherical pastries into the crowd. Although food is not abundant in our District, we can show the Capitol that we will rise like the crust of pizza to defend our honor. We should have a rallying cry of "WE RISE LIKE PIZZA" as we pass by. Also, you never quite answered what benefits you meant?

Sorry I forgot to mention that. By friends with benefits I just meant that if we play our cards right we could have a sponsor who might look out for us sometime. That wasn't the best analogy.
I love the idea of the bread mask, and the idea of throwing out food really reminds me of the Roman Bread and Games concept. I love it!
How do we want to submit these ideas?

I do think that with our originality we will make a great impression.
What do you think would be the best way to submit our ideas? I noticed the other tributes barely showed any collaboration.

Whichever person went first could describe the outfit and chariot and the second could describe the throwing of pastries and the actual parade?

I'm happy with doing either one. However, I have a knack for the fashion eye. I would be honored to take the responsibility to describe our outfits and the chariot. I suppose we should mention our designer.

That sounds like a good idea, you take that and I will describe us as we proceed down the parade throwing out sweet treats and breads. Should we toss the bread masks at the end?

Great! I think we should through our mask on the ground. A solid curtsey and bow should do as well. Also, for reference, our designer is named Tim Gunn. Would you be okay with asking him to help us?

We will parade in front of the crowds with our breaded masks hiding our faces and throw out treats coordinated with the season our clothes are in, spring is light pastries, summer is a fruit pie, autumn is a loaf of bread. At the end we will remove our masks and bow or curtsy respectively, with something along the lines of looking resolute.

Arnie, you are brilliant. I imagine we need to have someone to fashion our outfits. I ran into Tim Gunn outside the arena. He, oddly enough, wanted to help us.

Hold on...let me go grab him.
*Runs outside to find a silver-haired fox of a man with a crisp, grey suit waiting to hear the verdict of District 9's presentation*
I've brought him in to consult us. Although I am skeptical, I have the utmost faith that he will help us execute our designs to the crowd.

Tim Gunn? Thank you for coming to assist us, Rosie and I were hoping to evoke a spirit of our District with our clothing. We've put together some ideas, would you mind transferring them into reality for our big day tomorrow? With a guiding hand, we can put on a show to be remembered! We want to have a mask of bread that covers our faces and a shimmering suit that changes coloration to represent the colors of spring, summer, and fall while we throw out pastries and breads to represent the respective seasons. For a chariot, we could stand in a field of grain depicting our home and the industry that supports us?
Those are our requests, but we trust you to make it into reality. Thank you again for your help!
