Deadlines (View calendar)
You are required to submit your actions three times a week. Every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday night at 11pm marks the end of an Arena Day.
Actions (View example event)
You can use 3 actions per arena day. Reply to the event with the name of your action and your 8-sided die roll. Use the exact syntax shown below to add a randomized die roll to your post.
Attacks (View Example)
An attack counts as an action. To attack a tribute, create a new attack thread listing the target of your attack, your weapon, and its damage (an unarmed attack deals 1 damage). Roll the die, adding your combat bonus. For your attack to succeed the total must be 6 or greater.
Food Level
Your food level needs to equal or exceed the current Arena Day or you die (i.e. At the start of Arena Day 5, your Food Level must be at least 5).
Sponsor Points
Sponsor Points can be spent on items, weapons, or increasing your food level. The six sponsor players will vote on the best roleplayers in each Training Event to award sponsor points. Sponsor points can also be earned by killing tributes or leveling up your popularity meter.
Popularity
Every time you post in the forum you increase your Popularity Level (see the meter underneath your avatar). Each time you fill the meter, you gain one sponsor point.
Items (View example)
You can only carry a maximum of 3 items at a time. To give an item, create a new thread in your location board. You may also discard an item by deleting from your tribute status. All tributes begin the game with a token. The token allows you to re-roll any action (one use).
Tribute Status (IMPORTANT!)
After you submit your actions, you must reply to your Tribute Status. Indicate your latest HP, food level, items, and sponsor score. Simply copy your previous status and paste it into the reply box, changing the entries to reflect your current status. You are responsible for keeping track of all changes to your status. The Game Maker will not update it for you. If you do not accurately update your tribute status before the end of the Arena Day, the Game Maker will penalize or eliminate your tribute.
