Player Confidentiality
Do not share your tribute information with any other players until the end of the game. This game is played anonymously and players’ true names are never used in-game to prevent biases and to create a sense of distrust among all tributes.
Roleplaying
1. You may NOT write dialogue or actions for other player characters. You may write dialogue and actions for non-player characters like mentors or escorts.
2. Please avoid submitting solitary sentences or huge blocks of text that may deter people from reading your posts. The ideal post length is one paragraph (roughly 3-8 sentences).
3. Keep your actions realistic, reasonable, and within character. You are encouraged to make a dynamic and even flawed character.
4. Any posts that are too extreme or do not fit the structure of the Hunger Games universe may be edited or removed by the Game Maker.
5. Do not spam the roleplaying boards with consecutive posts just to increase your post count. Allow time for other players to respond to your posts before posting again.
Private Messages/Whispering
Private Messages are disabled except for messaging the Game Maker. Send the Game Maker a private message if you have a question or need an alliance room password.
If you would like to whisper a private message without other tributes or sponsors hearing you, simply highlight the whispered text and click the
icon on the formatting bar and designate which tributes or sponsors you want to see your text. You may only whisper brief dialogue (a sentence or two) or alliance room passwords. Note that the Game Maker can still read all whispered messages.
NOTE: The Whisper mode icon is only accessible on the Reply screen. It doesn't appear on the toolbar in the Quick Reply window.

If the Game Maker determines that you are deliberately breaking rules or not accurately keeping track of your status, your tribute will be penalized or killed.
