"Nooooo!!!" Alys screamed. "Dolan, her district mate- dead. Killed by the first person that denied Alys' trust.
"Quinn, Natalia- we've lost both Dolan and Derrin. Tonight we must avenge Dolan's death and Kill Age. Are you with me?"

Natalya felt rage growing within her...not Dolan. Why? She would make Age pay, even though she was weak she would do this. Natalya turned to Alys and Quinn with tears in her eyes and said..."Lets finish her."

Quinn shoves Age out of the way as he dashes to Dolan's side. His eyes are wide with fear as he shakes Dolan's shoulders.
"Dolan...Dolan, get up..." Quinn bits his lip and his breathing gets faster. "Come on...it's not funny..." He pauses and looks over Dolan. Then he suddenly pounds Dolan's lifeless chest.
"NO! YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DIE! I ALREADY HAD TO WATCH DERRIN DROWN!" Quinn suddenly notices the picture he drew of the two of them together in Dolan's hand. Quinn head drops and he pulls his legs in towards himself, still clutching the blood stained picture. He cries. Then you hear him mutter.
"I gotta....I gotta..."

"I expected this from someone like Decimus... But, you...you had...a fucking...choice..." He points his finger at her.
"You are dead...you're dead to me."
Quinn looks at Natalya and Alys, "Let's get her, girls."

Alys weeped for her districtmate, then pulled herself together. She kept her eye on Age, not letting her out of her sight.
"We need to exchange information. Here's what I know: this bitch is a singleton- but she's got her own knife, plus Dolan's weapon. That could be rather dangerous.
I believe Katie is alone- but she's got a trident, body armor, and a battle axe. Clearly, she's well equipped, but outnumbered- her mate Anna just died.
That leaves Millie, Jaden, and Kimber. I saw Millie and Kimber yesterday, they are west of here- don't worry they didn't see me. They killed Davud- I believe with Jaden's bow. He is extremely well equipped. He's got a bow, brass knuckles, and a backpack. I'd count him as our biggest threat.
Kimber is still out there- I thought she was aligned with Millie a d Jaden- so there's a chance she just got separated.
As it is, we are the largest alliance left (or tied for it). We have got to stick together, and be strategic! We'll likely have to sneak attack Millie and Jaden, because we can't afford to let Jaden sink some arrows into us before we get a chance!"

Age wipes away tears. "I never meant to kill anyone... I thought I could trust Dolan. We had talked for a while and then I left to go hunting on the island to the west and when I returned Dolan had killed my alliance partner. I didn't have a choice!"

Quinn's arm falls.
"Then I guess you know how it feels..." Quinn strides towards her and shoves her.
"AND WHY I DON'T BELIEVE A DAMN WORD!"
