The hospital is currently under Rebel control.
The hovercraft will deal 3 damage to the two tributes with the lowest Hide rolls (in case of a tie, all tied tribute take damage).
The hovercraft has 15 HP. If destroyed it will deal no damage.
ACTIONS:
Attack Hovercraft Hull (Must use ranged weapon or turret) to deal damage
Attack Roll at least an 8
Attack Hovercraft Cockpit (Must use ranged weapon or turret) to deal double damage
Attack Roll at least a 10
Spy Hovercraft Weak Spot (Reduce everyone's future Attack hit requirements by 2)
Spy Roll at least a 10
Scavenge for Turret (The person who found the turret may attack the hovercraft for 2 damage)
Scavenge Roll at least a 7
Hide
Spy Roll to avoid damage
Scavenge for the last Food
Highest scavenge roll takes the bread (+1 Food Level). All other bread scavengers lose 1 HP in the fight for the last piece of food.
