Items available to Scavenge:
Jacker Venom
Medkit
Muttation Pod (Will inflict 3 damage every day, can move to other locations)
Peacekeepers have hidden pods around the Capitol. The pods will activate at the end of the day and unleash horrors upon the tributes.
To disable the pods, someone must FIRST Scavenge for the pod, scoring at least a 6.
THEN someone must disable the pod by Hacking, scoring at least a 6.
