Wren knew coming into the market would be risky, with the potential for some major combat happening. Luckily, the exact person he was hoping to see was there. He'd been preparing for this in the watchtower for a few days, now. He slid the jacker venom into his first arrow and crept up behind his old "friend" from the maintenance closet.

Wren's first arrow was a successful hit, but he knew it'd take a few more to get the job done. He needed to protect his friends.

With his group more or less coordinated, Wren decided to spend a moment taking care of himself for once. He'd spent days preparing for combat, gathering and sharing information with allies, protecting others, and holding points for his team. He knew he'd be hungry by tomorrow, or that Cal or anyone else here at the market might be even hungrier than himself. He sighed. I'm decent at finding stuff. If I find anything...I guess I'd most likely share it. Damn. I hate being so nice.

Wren felt a sudden burst of productivity after taking the energy pill. He had a job to finish.

He crept up behind Dante and whispered, "Sorry Dante, but we're the Phoenix Accord. Didn't your mother warn you not to play with fire?" He shot a final arrow.1d10+4

Wren was torn. He wanted to save everyone, but he knew it just wasn't possible. And unfortunately he had allowed his stupid heart to get caught up in a teenage romance, something he couldn't dare fight at this point. He could never forgive himself if he went into the armory and died before catching up with Cal. He'd followed his head and gone to the market as promised for today, so he felt it was time to follow his heart and head to the watchtower.
He hoped his team would be smart enough to split up somehow, despite everyone's desire to go to the same direction. There were benefits to each location, and while the armory and depot likely had useful equipment, Wren's heart would be torn if he had gone against his word to anyone, especially Cal. Wren had stated this was his intention of movement since the beginning, so he felt obligated to stick to it. He had a promise to fulfill, much like he'd promised these very friends to meet at the market this day. If Wren was anything for the accord, it was loyal. Whoever followed him, he'd promised to help protect them.
