As the morning sun rises, a slight whistle cuts through the air. The sound grows louder as a metal shape streaks down towards the Market. As it nears the ground, the jet slows the Jabberjay's descent to rest in an open area.
The device emits a light beeping along with a flashing light. Picking up the device, a message begins to play in Cal's voice, out loud for all to hear.
"Phoenix Accord, this is Ghost. I have important updates to our current situation:
- To prove that I am currently stationed at the Watchtower, I've been able to spot Eloise, Wallace, Gwendolyn, Valeria and Dante from my location this morning. Welcome to the party Dante.
- Second day observations: The five occupants at the Hospital remained there, being joined by Sharlot and Deo. Wren and I were the only occupants at the Watchtower.
- Eloise, I've convinced Wren to remain here at the Watchtower rather than move to the hospital. I also studied your behavior yesterday, and I am confident that you are a rebel. I'm sorry if this upsets you, but I needed to be sure.
- Third day: Deo remained at the Hospital, Sharlot has moved onto the Supply Depot. Sydney, Gillian, and Julian also remained at the Hospital. Lartius and Nelson have arrived at the Watchtower, Nelson's speaking and looking out for himself. Lartius hasn't been speaking much, we'll get a better sense of him by the end of the day.
If I were to guess, me and Wren are likely to wait it out another day up here. Thanks for listening. Gwen, there's no easy way."

OOC: This next bit doesn't have to necessarily play out like this, this is just my means of getting a whisper into the Jabberjay, as confirmed I can through Vester.
IC: There is a second message encoded in the Jabberjay, requiring a password prompt. When Gwen types in 'out', this message displays:
This is for Gwen, Wallace, Eloise and Val. I trust each of you, due to my observations of Wallace and Elosies, and Gwen's successful hack of the Watchtower for the rebels Day 1. Val, I'm extending you the same trust I would need as a fellow Peacebringer.
I may have made a mistake. I don't know if I can trust either Dante or Wren, the former because I haven't observed him out in the Capital. As for Wren... two things make me suspicious, and I have a theory in mind.
Day 2, we were discussing our next moves and deciding how to keep our two groups informed. I had suggested Wren go back to the Market, due to him having a better chance of verifying the gathered information. He was unsure of this idea, instead suggested I come down and lie, to claim that I spied on him and he is a rebel. When I explained that I can't do that, explaining that him talking to you guys would be the easiest way to verify his identity, he dropped the subject entirely.
I want him to be with us, but I need to be sure. If Wren is a peacekeeper, Vester shooting him on the roof was a masterful deception, along with Wren's attempt to confront Sharlot in the Hidden Alcove over her identity. He could have very well collaborated with her. I'm going to attempt to spy on both Wren and Dante. If Wren's a peacekeeper, I'm coming down to the Market with whatever supplies/weapons I can. If he follows, please attempt a spy check on him to verify my findings. If Dante checks out, I'll do what I can to bring him into the fold.
Eloise, Wren told me about how you tried your best to have him stay in the Market. I believe you were scared, not wanting to lose either of you to lurking Peacekeepers. Your skepticism is a gift, and you need to continue to practice it. For both our sake, I hope I'm wrong about Wren.
