Wren looked around the watchtower on day 3 of this war and hoped to find something useful. He'd considered looking for food, but then realized as much as he hated the thought of fighting, he may need to use his strength to defend his side in this war eventually.

Wren was enjoying chatting with Nelson, but he thought he'd feel better if he could identify which side he was on, for sure.

Wren wasn't entirely sure of the true allegiances of his company, so he decided he'd try to snag a gun before it ended up in the wrong hands. He could always pass it along to an ally later, if needed. But self-defense was on his mind today.

Wren was not satisfied with his day's progress yet. He really did enjoy chatting with Nelson and talking about their experiences, but he just wanted to know more. This time, he took his token out from around his neck. He kissed the locket, whispered a thank-you to Egret for having given it to him, and tossed it aside for good luck as he tried to get some info on Nelson.

Wren had considered his options, but ultimately decided staying put would give him the best opportunity to gather information and supplies for his friends. So he bunked with Cal yet again in the watchtower.
