Leaving his cane with his mentor Seth pulled himself up onto the horse drawn chariot. He turned around and smiled back at Ayla, offering his hand. “We got this!” He reassured her. As District 4 finished their procession, Seth’s entire suit lit up with bright animated patterns of color swimming across his body.
“And here come our tributes from District Five!”
The chariot was pulled through the curtains and Seth suddenly found himself surrounded by mobs of screaming fans from the Capitol. They were all looking at him, reaching for him, shouting, jumping. He felt like at any moment they would come charging through the barriers on either side of the runway and swarm the chariot. His knees began to shake.
He turned to Ayla, less confidently than before.
“Oh god, they’re everywhere,” he said looking out at the crowd with a look of horror.
Ayla was looking at him expectantly, and Seth knew it was now or never. He propped himself against the side of the chariot to get as much support as possible. He laced his fingers together and held his hands low enough for Ayla to step into.

The stadium was packed, Ayla had never seen so many people in her life. Ayla was nervous, but she trusted Seth "Don't worry, I'll catch you" he has said. She smiled to herself. Now was the time. She placed her small foot into his hands and stepped in. He launched her high into the air. As she reached the peak, her long black gown lit up, illuminating the stadium. As she fell, Seth caught her. He held her there for a moment, and they smiled at each other. "We did it!" Ayla whispered.
Ayla got back onto her feet. She wasn't sure what to do. She didn't feel comfortable waving like a beauty queen, that just wasn't her. She didn't even have female friends back home. Instead she thought of her guy friends, what would they do?
Ayla raised her arms above her head and flexed her muscles. It was easy to see the definition of her biceps in her sleeveless dress. Ayla surveyed the room, standing tall and sizing up the competition.

As Ayla landed in Seth's arms, he felt his knees giving way. He stumbled into the other side of the chariot. It nearly tipped, causing a bit of a scare, but Seth was able to regain some balance and the chariot stabilized. Seth held Ayla for a moment, amazed that she put enough trust in his frail legs. It was far from perfect, but she smiled warmly at him. Seth quickly set her down, afraid that she might notice how much his body was shaking. The crowd was cheering madly now. Propping himself on the edge of the chariot, Seth gasped for air, wishing the audience would stop.

Cal Mensen: I believe you edit the post. You can either rewhisper to everyone (too much work), or copy and paste the whispers into public text. I'd imagine you'd want to give some sort of symbol or notation that they were once whispers.

Cal Mensen: Same here, part of me wants to allocate some time aside to building a new one in a different setting. It'd be easier to devote time to if there's a shard interest.
