Upon reaching the Watchtower, Cal gazes up at its height. The security systems appear to be active, but they are still in a passive state at the moment. Remembering Val's last shout, he reminded himself that words will need to be exchanged later, he needs to get to work now.
As he began to climb the stairs, he was surprised to see Sharlot having also having reached the Watchtower. Eyes focused, he maneuvered around the platforms, attempting to follow her and study her plans. I've got to be sure of this.

Working his way around one of the tower platforms, he takes in his surroundings. With the market to the Northeast and the Hospital to the Southwest, this was a perfect place to gather information on neighboring regions.
Recalling earlier communications, Cal turns his attention to the Market. He smiles briefly as he recognizes the occupants, having safely escaped. His expression turns cold as he spots Wallace among their allies.
He seemed rather pissed when I rescued him from that Peacekeeper. Lets see why.

Once Cal was finished collecting his information, he turns the heavy latch lock on the door entering the Watchtower. Most of the equipment found inside was monitoring screens, the behemoth machines needed to transmit broadcasts through the whole Capital, and the occasional abandoned coffee mug.
I wonder if these can be used to communicate with the rest of the Capital...
He shakes his head, reminding himself he lacks the technical expertise to operate any of this. What he needs now is something of use, something that he can take with him. Spotting a first-aid kit, he quickly opens the metal tin to search its contents.
