Ayla watched as the hovercraft of careers rode away.
"Damn! What a day. We didn't come up with a plan quickly enough, but that's okay. At least you and I are still here." She rubbed his shoulder. "I really wasn't on my game today, sorry about that. And sorry about freaking out over the quail... I was being a total bitch. I guess the games really are taking a toll on me." She really did feel horrible. It wasn't like her to lash out like that.
"I can't believe we scared them away. Even if we didn't hurt them, we made them lose some sponsor points. Pussies."
Just then, she heard a cannon in the distance. She first saw the face of Alicia. "Oh my God." Ayla and Alicia had not been friends per say.. but they had been working together on the same team. Ayla was shocked... how could that happen? Ayla had believed that she and Seth had taken the most dangerous route. Just then, another cannon. It was Taylor. "Wow" was all she could say. Though she had not been a huge fan of Rosa's Ayla genuinely liked Taylor. He seemed like a nice guy, much more interesting than his reserved scheming sister.
"Well shit. That's not good news for us." But at the same time... she was relived that those were two people from her alliance that she never had to turn on. "It's okay," she said to Seth "that's why we formed a large alliance... we knew that not everyone would survive."
"Well it looks like you and I are going to have to split up... God that's awful." She felt like an idiot for not realizing that this day would come. Well we've got plenty of time to talk about strategy before we go our separate ways. What we need is a plan. We've made it five days already without hurting a single tribute. Do we want to continue like that, or take more of an offensive. I know it's going to be much harder when we are split up." She didn't necessarily want to kill other kids... but she couldn't help the thought of gaining sponsor favor from drifting onto her mind.

"Also, what are we going to do about Tristan?"
